2A Arms LLC is a Small Business founded and operated by HM2(AW) Joshua M. Soutullo, USN.
A Mobile, Alabama native with 18 years as a Navy Hospital Corpsman and 15 years as a High-Risk Naval Aviation Survival Instructor, Joshua has trained thousands of joint warfighters in survival medicine, trauma care, water survival, and high-risk aviation environments. He is a qualified Master Training Specialist, two-time graduate at the top of his class (Hospital Corpsman School and Aerospace Physiology School), and recipient of both the Navy Commendation Medal and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for rendering life-saving aid.
