Locked, Loaded, and Legally Covered. At 2A Arms LLC, we're active duty-owned and corpsman-built. Gear selected for real-world readiness, not hype. We stand by the Second Amendment and your right to be prepared, protected, and proficient. These terms keep things straightforward, no fluff, no guesswork. By using this site, you agree you're on board. Read them, know them, and adhere to them.

1. Return Policy: No Second Thoughts, But We've Got Your Back

All sales are final—once that FFL transfer hits or gear ships, it's yours for the long haul. Due to ATF regs and the tactical nature of firearms, ammo, and accessories, we don't do returns or exchanges unless it's our bad: defective product or wrong item shipped. Spot an issue? Holler at us within 7 days of delivery for a return authorization. Returned items must be unfired, unused, in original packaging, and ready to resupply someone else. Shipping fees? Non-refundable, and you're on the hook for return shipping (unless it's our screw-up). We'll inspect it upon arrival and issue a refund or replacement faster than a quick-draw. No BS—safety first, always.

2. Firearms Purchases: Prohibited Persons Stand Down

Buying a boomstick? If you are a prohibited person under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 922(g)), this is not the place for you. We're an FFL holder, so we follow federal and Alabama law to the letter. Select your firearm online, pay up, and pick a local FFL for transfer (we can hook you up with Huntsville spots if needed). We'll ship it to them—federal rules say no direct-to-door for guns. At pickup, complete ATF Form 4473, pass the NICS background check, and cover any transfer fees ($20–$50 typical). Age check: 18+ for long guns, 21+ for handguns (we stick to 21+ for all to keep it simple). Prohibited persons? Sorry, no sale—ATF says so. Suppressors or NFA gear? Extra ATF Form 4, Huzzah $0 tax stamp, and wait time (we'll guide you like a spotter on the range).

For our California partiots: We comply with CA DOJ rules, but expect extra hoops to complete the firearm purchase process. As is Cali tradition.

Return of Firearm: 21 day + 10 day wait and 4473 paperwork with background check and applicable fees.

3. Ammo and Accessories: Locked In

Ammo ships separate from firearms (hazmat rules). Accessories like holsters, optics, and IFAKs go direct to you in most states, but check local laws—we auto-block restricted items. Free shipping over $99 (excludes guns). Delays? Blame supply chains or compliance, but we'll track it like a recon mission and do our best to get you back on target.

4. Payment and Pricing: Intel on Pricing

Prices as listed—subject to change, but your order locks it in. We accept credit/debit, PayPal, ACH (no fees), and layaway for firearms (non-refundable deposit). Sales tax? Collected for Alabama (4% state + local, ~9% in Huntsville) or if we have nexus in your state. All transactions secure via PCI-compliant checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery: Mission Ready

Firearms to FFL only (3–7 business days via UPS Ground). Ammo/accessories direct (2–5 days, ground only). Tracking provided. No PO Boxes for guns; APO/FPO OK for non-restricted gear. Restricted states? We won't ship prohibited stuff—your responsibility to know local laws.

6. Legal and Administrative Matters: Locked Down

Applicable Law: Governed by Alabama law, because freedom starts in the Heart of Dixie.

We're not liable for misuse—gear up responsibly. Warranties? Manufacturer's has your six; we'll help facilitate if needed.

7. Miscellaneous: The Fine Print, 2A Arms Style

Amendments: We can update these terms, but we'll post 'em loud and clear on the site. Continued use means you agree.

Your Responsibility: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any illegal, negligent, or improper use of the products you get from us. Train hard, be safe, and act with honor.

Entire Agreement: All terms are governed by Alabama law because freedom runs deep in the Heart of Dixie.
